We use oil-rich Country Coriander and a heavy hand of Black Pepper to ensure every spoonful is zesty, warming, and soul-satisfying.

Carefully Built Flavour
Country Coriander (Nattu Malli): Country coriander seeds form the backbone, giving the rasam its signature body and refreshing aroma.
The “Katti” Perungayam Edge: We use compound asafoetida instead of diluted powders, delivering a deep, lingering umami aroma that defines truly traditional rasam.
Digestive Spices : Cumin, black pepper, fenugreek, and asafoetida (hing) are carefully balanced to support digestion and bring clean, comforting flavour.
The Golden Grains: Slow-roasted toor dal and Bengal gram (chana dal) create a nutty base, while fenugreek adds a subtle, cooling earthy note.
Peppery & Pungent: A high ratio of black pepper and cumin makes this rasam naturally effective for digestion and immunity.
